My mom is the most brilliant and kindest person I know. She's also really funny and usually finds humor in most things, which I have come to really treasure over time! I kind of look for that in people now.
Last time I sang here at Royal Albert Hall, I was 6. ❤️ On Father's Day, I think of my beloved father who made me feel like the most loved person on the planet!
It's good to sing after all these years again. It's really different now, but in some ways, at the core, it is the same - pure and good in all the best ways!
All my father wanted for me was for me to be good, to be happy and to apply myself. I am now the age my father was when he passed away. If he was here, I can only imagine all that we would have accomplished and experienced together! He was a wonderful person with the highest integrity.
It is time for me to do all that I can, for him as much as for my mom and myself. I was lost before, but I am not anymore. :) I know I can, so I will. ❤️
